High School Team

KHS Crew was started in 2000 and has grown very rapidly. The team consists of 40 - 45 student athletes, both boys and girls, and the season is from the beginning of March to the end of May.  They compete in regattas throughout the season, against regional teams, such as NFA, Spackenkill, Rhinebeck, Clarkstown, O'Neil, Warwick, FDR High School.  They also participate in the New York State Scholastic High School Regatta at Saratoga Springs, where there are over 200 high schools from all over New York State compete. Many of the student rowers have graduated and gone on to row and/or coxswain at college, ranging from Division I Varsity Crew to starting up a new crew club.To learn more about KHS Crew, visit their website KHS Crew.
