Join the Rondout Rowing Club at the beautiful Indoor Rowing Facility at the US Military Academy at West Point.
Rowing in a world class rowing facility with beautiful views of the Hudson River!
The workout will include:
1. Concept II ergometers instruction and workout
2. Stretching and Flexibility for Rowing
3. Instruction to rowing in the safety of indoor rowing tanks
4. Supervision by Certified US Rowing Instructors

Directions:
Easiest access is from South through Thayer Gate.
Have Photo ID ready for each occupant and identify yourself as going to the boathouse for the Rondout Rowing Club program.
Each vehicle is stopped and trunks and bags may be searched. Allow extra time.
Once through gate make first right and follow road down hill to train station making right across tracks. Rowing and Sailing center is straight ahead on left. Park along the river park road, DO NOT PARK AT THE SAILING CENTER.
Est. drive: Kingston Traffic Circle to Center, 1 ¼ hour.
